Position: Sales Officer – Industrial Chemicals
Over all Responsibility:
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with all key accounts to ensure retention and customer satisfaction while enhancing sustainable business value for both the customer and the company.
- Participate and contribute to value creation through new ideas through identifying potential products, categories, markets through market awareness and research
- Ensure regular monitoring of Stocks of all the products pertaining to the industrial chemical portfolio; ensure minimum stock levels are maintained and timely inform the line Manager for new order placements based on forecasts and also make sure that no Slob produce.
- Ensure delivery of annually budgeted Contribution Margin for the portfolio of Industrial Chemicals through Sales to existing customers as well as through new account acquisition.
Qualification
- Masters/MBA Marketing
- 2 years of experience in Sales

Position: Sales Officer – Consumer Chemicals
Over all Responsibility:
- Responsible for generating sales from a database of existing customers and assisting customers with daily business operations; including but not limited to providing continuous education and revenue enhancement to existing and potential customers on products, essentials, vertical services, and pricing plans. To position value and sell new products, features, as per price plan.
- Timely import is the key to success in meeting the customer needs and enhances the market share in that segment.
- Strong business liaison needs to be developed both with key customers & principals to sustain and generate more revenue streams.
- Direct Negotiations with Key Accounts and Distributors; assistance and guidelines to Sales personnel for negotiations with other customers.
Qualification:
- Masters/MBA Marketing
- 3-4 years of experience in Sales

Over all Responsibility:
- Managing of overall logistics operations with support plans, budget requirements and deployment of timelines
- Developing plans for current operations as well as for contingencies
- Developing and executing tools and methodologies to enable effective implementation of logistic plans
- Design and develop standard operating methods to manage logistics operations efficiently
- Ensure the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of new initiatives and procedures related to logistics an updating them in ERP (SAP) system
- Preparing of feasibilities & groundwork for viability of different options
- Assessment of existing logistics operations and advise on corrective measures to be undertaken for improvement

Qualification:
- MBA (with majors in Supply Chain & Logistics Management)
- 2-3 years preferably in a Business Analyst role
